Gigi Tsui

Educational & Developmental Psychologist

Clinical Psychologist

Gigi provides neuroaffirming , culturally sensitive and trauma-informed therapy to her clients. She helps clients navigate challenges, deepen self-understanding, and develop meaningful skills for growth and well-being.  She integrates therapeutic approaches such as Schema Therapy and EMDR with a focus on identifying unmet emotional needs and supporting long-term emotional healing and personal growth.

Psychotherapy - Adolescents (10+) and Adults of all ages.

Alison Chew

Educational & Developmental Psychologist

Alison supports children, teenagers, and young adults of all neurotypes, identities, genders, and cultural backgrounds. She values each client’s lived experiences and takes a warm, gentle approach to therapy, fostering a safe, respectful, and collaborative space. Passionate about working with children and adolescents, Alison helps them build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence as they navigate their world.

Kristy Young

Credentialed Mental Health Nurse

Family Therapist

Kristy Young is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse and Family Therapist with over 20 years’ experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. She specialises in complex mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relational issues. Kristy values family involvement in treatment and uses evidence-based therapies including CBT, CAT, FBT, RET, and EMDR. She has held senior clinical and leadership roles at Austin and Eastern Health and now works at Welcome to pod and the Royal Children’s Hospital. Kristy was a HESTA Nursing Awards finalist and co-authored Mental Health Nursing: Dimensions of Praxis. Relationships are central to her recovery-focused practice.​

 

Kristy works with Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families.

Dr Scarlett Croce

Psychologist (Clinical Registrar)

Scarlett specialises in supporting neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ young people and adults. As an AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD) queer person, she understands the importance of lived experience and is passionate about having therapy be collaborative, non-judgmental and a safe space where clients can reflect on their lives and their needs. She uses therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy and Internal Family Systems with the core of her work being to build self-compassion and assist clients in gaining insight into their struggles, and to explore what they want out of life.

Scarlett provides psychotherapy to Children (10+), Adolescents, and Adults of all ages.

Jacqueline Wong

Psychologist

(Educational and Developmental Registrar)

Jacqueline works with neurodiverse children, adolescents, and their families through assessments, therapy, psychoeducation, and school collaboration. Drawing on attachment-based understanding and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), she helps children better understand and regulate emotions, strengthen parent-child relationships, and feel more supported across home and school environments. By working collaboratively with families and educators, Jacqueline supports children in building emotional capacity, improving self-regulation and social connection, and developing a stronger sense of security in relationships and engagement in learning.
